Hello everyone,

I came across one bakery called CAFE 85 at the end of walking street. Its just right across the road in the building which has grace pastry.

They bake fresh breads n a lot of international style breads. Plus the bonus point is everything written in english also. ( makes life easy for a vegetarian like me)
The cakes also looked pretty yummy..

Enjoy...
Vaish

I tried this cafe today and as with all *85c* cafes it was quite reasonable.

Breads/cakes are good, coffee is ok but not quite to a Euro standard but at 12rmb for the cap it's quite good.

These cafe's are all over china.
They aren't new and have been a budget shop for quite some time.
Most locals will know them for their tea's.

85 degrees is a Taiwan chain with countless outlets. What they sell is cheap, but not necessarily good, IMHO.

More than 10 years in Changshu ... Still looking for a place that knows what bread means ...

Sometimes, good surprises in Metro, but it is rare ...

I will bear that in mind if I'm ever able to find Metro. So far all I have found is one of the Auchans.
